page 6 the rain's horn Mehta to perform SOUTHEASTERN COMMUNITY COLLEGE'S RAM CAGERS e U % % What do you think about legalizing grass? The legalization of grass, I think, is out of the question. It would give access to it much too freely. Rudine Smith Nursing I'm for it. I believe that if it were legal it would cease to be the "big deal" it is today. It would become something you could either take or leave and not a means of "Proving a thing". Of course I can say this, since it's a known fact that marijuana is not habit forming, Patty Silva Freshman I don't think it should be legal because it would give more young people a chance to use grass, it am strictly against it, Kathy Barnes Sophomore I really don't feel that grass should be legalized. Its legalization would probably lead to the legalization of other drugs which are more harmful. Julia Caines Freshman think they should make grass legal or make liquor illegal. Because grass is less harmful than liquor. People who want grass are going to get it. If it is made legal, they won't have to go through so much to get it. Dale McPherson Freshman I don't think it really matters. From what I've heard, they're going to get it anyway. Edwin Hatcher Sophomore Grass has been legalized in Canada and later elsewhere. Because it has been introduced to the young and they dig it, they will also do their best to have it legalized. Gary Michael Freshman Editors note: This is the student's opinion. According to the State Bureau of Investigation in Raleigh, Canada has not legalized grass. ff SYUDINY SPECIALISTS ff WHITEVILLE Big, bold and elegant.
